Rosemary's Baby

Too soon to be certain, but my barbecue rosemary — the one purchased at Meijer for a dollar last spring — may have survived the winter. In my growing zone, rosemary typically acts as an annual. Never before have my rosemary plants made it through the darkest parts of the year.

This one, however, I brought indoors December through part of February (and forgetting about it...oops) before situating it in our breezeway. She's lost most of her branches. There is the tiniest bit of green growth in one area and this rosemary baby might see the spring.
